

Life with a little one can be joyful, beautiful… and wonderfully chaotic! Join us for a relaxed and playful mindfulness taster designed especially for mums and babies under one. Through simple sensory activities and gentle mindfulness practices, you’ll discover ways to find calm, connection and moments of wonder in the midst of everyday motherhood. This is a space where babies are free to be babies and mums are free to be themselves. Feeding, changing, cuddling, wriggling and napping are all warmly welcomed. Come as you are and enjoy some time to slow down, connect with your baby and meet other mums in a supportive and friendly environment. After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay for an optional Friday lunch at The Working Mums Club — a chance to continue the conversation, build community and enjoy some relaxed social time with other mums and their little ones.
